В начале марта 1995 года вышел второй сольный альбом Энни Леннокс под названием «Medusa», состоявший из кавер-версий знаменитых песен других музыкантов, от "The Clash" до Боба Дилана и "Procol Harum". Альбом дебютировал, заняв первое место, а главным хитом с пластинки стала песня "No More I Love You's", группы "Lover Speaks", за которую певица получила премию «Грэмми» в номинации «Лучшее вокальное поп-выступление».Сингл был продан в количестве 5 миллионов копий, а сам альбом был номинирован на «Грэмми» в категории «Лучший поп-альбом» и уже к концу года стал «платиновым».
